Job Description
Overview:
Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Salary rate: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
# Of openings: 5-7
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Availability:Part-time and Full-Time opportunities
Responsibilities:
:

Brand Ambassadors will be assigned to SFO’s Courtyard 4 (pre-security) to engage passengers to participate in a research study. This is not a sales role but does require candidates to have a strong sense of customer service experience.

Qualifications:
  • Prior lab or medical office desk experience or other customer service experience a plus
  • Detail oriented, naturally inquisitive and a proactive problem solver
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with HIPAA protocols to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy a plus
  • High school diploma or GED
