Base pay starts at $25.00 Per Hour

Shift: Day Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver will be responsible for transporting products (doors & windows) to customer locations using a Box Truck. This position is also required to load and unload products into the trailer and at customer locations.

• Address customer questions, issues and concerns in a professional and timely fashion
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and organized condition
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times in both actions and personal appearance
• Driver will deliver to local construction job sites and is responsible for manually offloading the products
• Adhere to Cascade policies and procedures
• Complete all delivery and return documentation accurately and legibly
• Complete all assigned delivery routes
• Uphold all safety practices according to safety handbook

• Must be DOT compliant
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English language (Strongly Preferred)
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• 1 year of manual labor preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Demonstrate efficiency in the performance of all job duties
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 year of delivery driver experience
• Experience reading maps and using electronic GPS

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand and walk
• Intermittently exposed to inclement weather
• Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $25.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
