Job Description
:
As a member of the box office team, each ticket seller is responsible for providing excellent guest service for ticket sells over the phone and with walk-up traffic. Team members will also manage a guest list. Ticket sellers may also be asked to scan tickets during a show and supply credentials to guests. Must be able to process opening and closing paperwork.


Minimum Requirements:

Candidates are required to have working knowledge of Ticketmaster as well as experience in phone handling, cashiering and customer service. Box officer team members must have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as proper etiquette. Candidate must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and type 30 wpm. Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift 30 pounds. Position requires repetitive use of arms for answering busy phones and typing. High School diploma required, previous ticketing experience preferred.
