Bookkeeping - Payroll Jobs

Marshall’s Inc. is a family owned HVAC company serving Eugene-Springfield and the surrounding area since 1948. We have an immediate need for a payroll clerk.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of payroll experience. We will provide training and support to help you build your skills in this position.

We pride ourselves on taking good care of our employees who in turn take good care of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• G-Suite (Chrome, Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets & Google Docs) ,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel -preferred
• Knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• 1+ years of payroll experience
• Quickbooks, Pro/Quickbooks, Enterprise, or Desktop -preferred

Pay: Starting at $20 p/hr - Pay raises are given based on performance.
