Book Shelver & Order Fulfillment

Description:

Mackin Educational Resources Warehouse Department is now hiring Book Shelvers and Order Fulfillment Employees. These positions are Full-time and Part-Time, Year-Round and Seasonal
Responsibilities:

• Our Book Shelvers and Order Fulfillment Employees are responsible for accurately scanning and shelving books in our warehouse, along with pulling books from our warehouse shelves using pick lists.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand - walk - bend - reach repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to read, understand and perform written and oral instructions.
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow directions are required in order to assure books are placed in the correct order.
• Able to push / pull roll carts containing books.

Shifts:

Day Shifts: Five days per week (M-F). Starting times at 7am or 8am. 5 to 8-hour shifts. 25 to 35 hours per week for PT. 40 hours per week for FT.

Evening Shifts: Three to five evenings per week (shifts on weekdays). Starting times at 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm. Ending time at 9pm or 10pm. 12 to 35 hours per week for PT.

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.20
