Board Game Graphic Designer

Major toy company in Pawtucket, Rhode Island is looking for an in-house graphic designer for their 2024 line of board games. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential for permanent hire.

****This is a 100% onsite role and not remote****

In a nutshell, you'd conceptualize, design and execute board game packaging and all game components for their 2024 line, under the direction of the Creative Manager. 60% of the role is design and production work, 20% is collaboration with development teams and 20% is managing projects.

• Must have aptitude for technical knowledge, training and understanding of a job's requirements.
• Must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Detail-oriented and highly efficient graphics production work.
• Performs work that is complex and varied in nature. Defines and discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an integrated solution within a broad technical and business context of significant impact. May provide guidance/training to more junior staff.
• Develops solutions requiring analysis and research. Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context.
• Typically possesses 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Performs professional level work.
