Job Description
POSITION GOAL: To provide consultation, evaluation and behavior programs for children with behavioral needs REPORTS TO: Director of Pupil Personnel Services, Building PrincipalPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Evaluate students to determine individual student needs.2. Develop programs for implementation by ABA technicians.3. Write behavior goals and objectives and progress reports for IEP.4.
Conduct on-going professional development and training of ABA technicians5. Oversee and co-supervise ABA technicians (with special education liaison and principal)6. Collect data from technicians and chart student progress.7. Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments.8.
Attend TEAM meetings.9. Meet with parents to review data reports.10. Conduct parent consults and/or trainings.11. Develop, deliver and oversee parent home training or programming as needed.12.
Provide consultation and/or professional development for faculty as needed.13. Function as part of a teaching team. 14. Responsible for continued professional growth.15.
Perform other school related duties at the discretion of the Director of Pupil Personnel Services and School Principal. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: - Regular school year and summer schedule for district based summer program
