MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. Job Purpose

To be responsible for carrying out the day to day blending, production and labelling of intermediate and finished goods in the production department, in a safe and cost effective manner, in order to meet the required production levels and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult with team lead on production schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships and effectively communicate required information to peers and other related departments as needed.
• Encourage and support systematic External and Internal Change Control Procedures.
• Set up and operate mixers.
• Demonstrate ownership for the production line.
• Weigh and mix raw materials as specified in work instructions
• Handle all aspects of the blending processes:
• Support and follow all 6S practices.
• Actively participate in weekly stand-up meetings in the Paste department.
• Clearly document required information on work instructions and process control sheets.
• Complete and maintain all process records including process control charts and PM checklists.
• Communicate and drive new ideas to improve quality and reduce costs through continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and notify Functional Lead/Supervisor of process and/or equipment problems.
• Act as a technical resource during root cause analysis, Assist in the training of less experienced personnel.
• Identify and track all dedicated tools in accordance with best 6S practices, maintain equipment cleanliness and conduct on-time PM.
• Follow exact process procedures and work instructions.
