- You’ll follow job tickets while maintaining quality and efficiency of the high volume production runs

- Performing quality control using a keen eye for detail
- Operating a variety of equipment and machinery including (while experience with these is a huge asset, it is not mandatory):
- Complete shift reports and communicate job statuses with the next shift operator
- As a Bindery Operator, you’ll be responsible for leading and training a team of up to 5 individuals on a daily basis
- The ability to work on your feet, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2+ years of experience working in the printing industry as a Bindery Operator
- Experience leading and managing others where you’ve worked in a fast paced environment
- A strong sense of urgency
- The ability to troubleshoot errors
- A strong understanding and knowledge of technical terminology in the printing industry
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Wednesday - Sunday from 6 am - 4:30 pm (days) OR 6 pm to 4:30 am (nights)
- Monday - Friday from 6 am - 4:30 pm (days) OR 6 pm to 4:30 am (nights)
