  • QUALIFICATIONS:**
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
  • JOB SUMMARY:** This position will assist the billing office with clerical duties including but not limited to: routine clerical and administrative functions such as correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. **JOB LOCATION:** This position is primarily based in the office with the option to occasionally work from home
  • Proficient in Google, MS Office Suite or related software
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
  • Professional work ethic and dress code
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • Verifying patient demographics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adhere to productivity goals, departmental and company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Refunding third parties
  • Pulling, printing, and mailing of claims, medical records and EOB's
  • Ability to work independently
