Bi Support Specialist Jobs

Analyzes system issues and performance in order to provide all aspects of support to the internal and supplier community of RNDC’s Business Intelligence applications.

• Maintains merchandising reports
• Identify, troubleshoot, track, escalate, and resolve customer issues through use of the OTRS ticket system for RNDC supported Business Intelligence (BI) applications.
• Covers open sales territory, as needed and as applicable, due to absence or vacation
• Assists customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays for their purchased products
• Work closely with corporate executives as needed to coordinate the delivery of business analysis reporting.
• Works with customer to understand areas where support is needed and then provides this help (i.e. will calls, POS delivery, etc.)
• Surveys the account for merchandising opportunities and presents promotional activities/material that will improve their representation in the store
• Analyze application access and usage to support optimum system performance, including conducting a semi-annual review of MicroStrategfy supplie 10678
• Places prices and descriptive signs on product
• Develop, maintain, and implement training curriculums on RNDC BI applications in written and/or video formats.
• Checks account’s on hand inventory and submits replenishment orders to fill gaps
• Coordinate and deliver user training on RNDC BI applications to users at various levels across all markets as needed.
• Communicate frequently with internal and supplier users at all levels regarding information related to RNDC BI applications.
• Solidifies strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with other corporate teams to analyze and resolve system issues as part of end user support.
• This position could require the employee to work some nights, some weekends, and/or some holidays
• Accurately sorts, labels, and stores goods
• Responsible for all new user setup and maintenance for all internal goal programs as well as other RNDC Business Intelligence applications.
• Reports competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor
• Prepares and maintains displays

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of product. Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays.
