Behavioural Economics Associate Consultant

I am currently representing the leading health-related behavioural economics consulting firm. They are looking for a new Associate Consultant. They use proven science pioneered by our academic co-founders, coupled with over a dozen years of real-world experience, to tackle the hardest problems in US healthcare.

The ideal candidate will:

• Learn to translate behavioural economics research into behaviour change solutions.
• Provide input to actionable solutions.
• Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.
• Contribute to firm-building by developing our thought leadership.
• Develop presentation skills as a core member of the consulting team.
• Synthesize client materials to identify key insights.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communications.
• 1-2 years professional experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Passion and experience for behavioural economics
• Understanding and experience of the US Healthcare system
• Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven team player and self-starter
• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution (experience with Behavioral Health Economics)

The Associate Consultant will be based in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid approach to in-office and work-from-home.

They offer competitive compensation of between $60,000-$75,000 and opportunities for rapid career advancement.
