Foster Kairos Behavioral Therapist

1 Year Minimum Commitment Required

The Behavioral Therapist is prayerfully responsible for providing behavioral services and counseling to Eden’s Glory-Foster Kairos clients and families and Eden’s Glory residents. This is accomplished by providing trauma-informed, Christ centered, evidence-based, and strengths-based ABA therapy to clients, providing behavior plans and trainings to parents, providing behavioral classes and groups to residents, coordinating with Clinical Director on clients and residents, and partnering with Clinical Director to pursue growth of the program.

Skills: Demonstrates organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, reading/comprehension of written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, and computer skills.

Required Knowledge: Knowledge of local/global human trafficking issues including common processes, prevalence, legal processes, networks of stakeholders, and appropriate interventions.

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree required

Licensed in ABA therapy i.e. BCBA, LBA

Previous exposure/work related to field of human trafficking, social service, clinical therapy, or other related human services.
