Behavioral Therapist Jobs

The Behavioral Therapist (BT) will be responsible for implementing treatment plans to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
• (Desirable) 2+ years of relevant ABA training and experience in providing 1-on-1 support for children, teens, and young adults.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate and strong interpersonal skills

What you’ll do

• Adhere to ethical standards
• Work with clients in their home environment, community, school settings, and at times remotely (telehealth)
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Collaborate with treatment team members and parents to help children grow

Other Requirements and Skills:

• Negative TB test
• Morning and/or Afternoon availability
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Availability from Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Background Check

Benefits:

• $21.00 - $26.00, DOE
• Flexible work from home options (telehealth)
• Part-time
