Must meet one of the following qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Behavior Health front or back office experience preferred.
  • Case Coordination or Billing Experience preferred.


Additional Qualifications


  • Minimum one year work experience in an outpatient (or Inpatient) behavioral health setting preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

The Behavioral Health Case Coordinator is responsible for managing pre-visit planning (PVP), benefits eligibility, prior authorization and case navigation for Behavioral Health service line.
