Job Description
The St. Johnsbury School District is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Behavior Coordinator for the District. This individual would be a District level employee who provides consultation and direct service as a BCBA, in coordination with student IEPs, to develop appropriate behavioral systems for individual students in grades PK-12. They will support the implementation of behavioral systems through modeling and training of staff and provide leadership and oversight to our grade level behavior teams.
They will also support with functional behavior assessments (FBAs). This will include performing assessments and training of staff to perform assessments, modeling implementation, and providing tools that support assessments.
