Job Description

Land Rover Paramus, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced BDC Supervisor to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Service BDC Manager oversees the performance of the call center representatives who perform a wide range of inbound and outbound telephone and digital media activities.
