We are looking for a BCBA in good standing with experience and a passion for working with people of all ages, who have developmental or intellectual disabilities. We rely heavily on foundational skills, and not so heavily on the latest, shiny new object to come out of someone’s computer that may be being sold as the best new assessment around. Our organization has a passion for helping people with disabilities. Lead the best most independent lives with this much or as little support as they need to reach their goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior support plans, based on the results of those assessments, help implement and train staff to implement the plan as it’s ongoing. Provide support to those folks and train the RBT’s to do the same. Submit monthly reports to the state regarding progress on the behavior, support plan and how it fits in with the persons individual support plan or ISP.
