Banquet Server Jobs

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for Daily Operations in Private Kitchen. Delivers customer service based on Hotel Standards and Procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Check on all Private Kitchen pre-orders and make sure you are aware of all delivery times.

· Set up orders and deliver all Private Kitchen orders in a timely manner and according to Langham Standards.

· Communicate with Order Taker of any delays in food orders.

· Check all Private Kitchen supplies and re-stock what is needed.

· Make sure all equipment used is cleaned and in working order. (report to manager otherwise)

· Fill out General Storeroom Requisition following department par levels.

· Remove trays and tables from guests’ floors at all times.

· Bring dirty linens to laundry and pick up clean linens at the end of every shift.

· Provide outstanding guest Service.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process HotSos requests promptly.

· Be able to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

· Clean out Refrigeration once a week or as needed, following F.I.F.O. system.

· Clean and maintain hotboxes weekly or as needed.

· Check and maintain H.A.C.C.P. Log

· Keep track of tables, trays and hotboxes

· Polish glassware and silverware daily.

· Check china for cleanliness.

· Attend monthly department meetings.

· Additional responsibilities as requested by manager.
