Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.

Job Duties:

● Set oven temperatures, and place items into hot ovens for baking.
● Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning.
● Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be baked.
● Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
● Direct or coordinate bakery deliveries.
● Operate cooking, baking, or other food preparation equipment.
● Order or receive supplies or equipment.
● Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met.
● Maintain production or processing equipment.
● Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets, and bake in production ovens or on grills.

Requirements:

● High School diploma Preferred
● 3 months to 1 year of Related Experience
