Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, as well as excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and provide recommendations for repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel alignments.
  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
  • Collaborate with the service manager and other technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance work.
  • Repair and replace faulty parts, such as fuel pumps, alternators, starters, and water pumps.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.


Requirements


Requirements:


  • ASE certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
