Responsibilities


  • Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate directly with Service Managers to keep clients informed of their vehicle status
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, following dealership policies and procedures
  • Test vehicle components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Test drive vehicles to verify guest concerns and ensure full repair resolution
  • Provide estimates of the time required for additional repairs, if needed
