Job Description


Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Experienced Automotive Biller to add to our team!

Job Title: Automotive Biller
Location: Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday
Pay: $20/HR

*Must have Dealership Billing Experience*
CDJR L&T Experience a PLUS!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cut Checks and Pay-Off Vehicles
  • Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis
  • Manager Dealer Trades & Wholesales
  • Post Funding/EFT
  • Post Internal Repair Orders
  • Update Delivery Log and Contracts in Transit Daily
  • Calculate Bi-Weekly Commissions for Payroll
  • Calculate and Commission Deals
  • Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting

Qualifications
  • Automotive Billing Experience in a dealership, required
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Team Player
  • Must be organized and detail orientated; have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
