As an Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the automation initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for implementation
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
• Document technical specifications, process workflows, and user guides for automation solutions
• Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving any defects or errors
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation and recommend innovative solutions

Success in the Position:

• Proactive identification and resolution of issues, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of automation processes
• Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Timely delivery of high-quality automation projects within defined timelines and scope
• Collaborative engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status
• Successful implementation of automation solutions that result in increased efficiency, reduced manual effort, and improved accuracy

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Robot Framework)

1. Experience in automation development:

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions across different platforms and systems
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and coding for automation purposes

1. Process optimization and problem-solving skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and propose efficient solutions
• Experience in analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
• Knowledge of process modeling and process optimization techniques
