Summary:
  • Driving an integral role in the customer experience, the F&I Producer is trained to process vehicle finance and insurance sales by working with lenders and financial institutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction. We're looking for teammates with a passion for customer service and a DRIVE TO WIN.
What Our Finance Producers Do:
  • Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
  • Reviews customer credit applications.
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
  • Works closely with sales team, maintains effective employee relations.
  • Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
  • Sells financing and insurance to customers.
  • Assesses profitability to dealership of financing arrangements.
  • Attends weekly manager meetings.
  • Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes the menu selling process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
  • Presents extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers.
  • Maintains AFIP Certification.
  • Ensures adherence to Company F&I reporting requirements.
Pre-Qualifications:
  • AFIP Certification a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Satisfactory work experience in automotive finance.

  • Customer Service, Auto Sales & Financing, Banking, Mathematical skills, Technical understanding, Compliance, Insurance, Process-Oriented, Problem Solving, Organization, Product Knowledge.
