Essential Functions
Work directly with Service Advisor and/or Manager, performing a meticulous disassembly to prepare a repair plan for each vehicle in a timely fashion.
Ensure all needed repairs are properly identified to eliminate supplements and minimize cycle time.
Utilize expertise to ensure that repairs are completed swiftly, to the highest standard of quality, and in a safe manner.
Participates in all required staff meetings daily and ongoing training as assigned.
Operate a variety of highline specialty tools (e.g. mig and pulse welders, self-piercing riveting guns, aluminum and steel dent fix stations etc.)
Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of work space.
