A few details about the role:
  • Evaluate, select, and procure collaboration technology or technical systems for use in designated meeting venues
  • Ensure effective maintenance and support of all meeting venues across all community and administrative locations.
  • Conduct site visits of potential meeting locations to determine suitability for corporate meetings. Design effective collaboration solutions appropriate to the prescribed event. Identify and supervise local AV resources engaged for remote meetings and special community events.
  • Verify and supervise the construction of meeting spaces at all Lifespace locations/communities
  • Assess vendor design offerings and proposals to ensure they align with business requirements and needs
  • Draft statements of work for contracted visual support teams to deliver services for Lifespace meetings or events
And here’s what you need to apply:
  • Seven years of experience within an organization-wide audio video environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in A/V related discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
