Job Ad: Personal Attorney with Texas License - 100% Remote

Bush & Bush Law Group, a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Attorney with at least 3 years of experience and a valid license to practice law in the state of Texas. This is a remote position offering a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn additional income through attorney fees.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation
• Managing a caseload of 50-100 litigation cases
• Handling a mixture of regular state cases and commercial auto cases
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Taking and defending depositions
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Texas
• State and federal licensure is preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law
• Proficient in taking and defending depositions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience in drafting and responding to discovery
