Assistant Director/Event Scheduling Manager (Admin Mngr I), Minimum Salary: $59,581 per year, USC Aiken Campus Auxiliary & Support Services
The Assistant Director of Campus Auxiliary & Support Services provides support for the Executive Director (ED), is the main manager of the University calendar space reservation scheduling platform, provides oversight of operations and facilities for both internal events and external rentals for all campus facilities and reservable spaces, provides leadership for the University Setup team, provides oversight of the university Copy Center and assists the ED with other business functions at USC Aiken. Responsible for booking external rentals and special events. This individual is also responsible for directing, coordinating and consulting with other activities that support the agency’s mission. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years administrative services, public administration or business management experience. Preferred requirements: Master’s degree, SC state and higher education procurement experience is preferred. Application deadline: September 14, 2023. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years administrative services, public administration or business management experience.
