Who are we hiring?
The Sphere Communications & Marketing department is searching for a Las Vegas-based associate to support the Digital Content and Communications teams. This role will be a dual-report to the SVP, Communications, and the Director, Digital Content. This role may require occasional travel to Burbank and/or NYC.
What will you do?

• Support day-to-day content management - create, moderate and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more; and engage with Sphere’s online community of followers.
• Support the Communications and Digital Content teams on public relations and social campaigns for Sphere in Las Vegas and Sphere Studios in Burbank.
• Draft various materials including press releases, media alerts, pitches, media lists, social captions, etc.; maintain press requests trackers.
• Facilitate onsite press activities, content capture, and video shoots at Sphere and in Las Vegas.
• Track and maintain PR metrics and use analytics data to track social content performance.
• Research and identify press and content ideas based on current events, trends, and topics relevant to Sphere and target audiences.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with press support, media interaction, influencers, content creation, and video production.
• Fluency with high-level video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using data and metrics to support content and communications strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in a hybrid working environment with people in different locations and at many different levels both within and outside the company.
• Strong independent work ethic and commitment to professionalism; excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of work with superior organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Commitment to collaboration, critical thinking and excellent visual and written communication skills.
