The Headlines:

In the role of an Associate Project Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Project Management and Commercialization team. You will plan, organize, schedule and manage the implementation of the leadership approved projects in the Molson Coors way. The majority of the projects associated with this position are initiated by the company’s Commercial (Marketing and Sales) Division with others from Integrated Supply Chain.

This position reports to the Program Manager and works closely with our Forecasting, Planning and Commercialization teams.

The Responsibilities:
• Capability to utilize internal, external and consultant resources to achieve set objectives and/or complete projects

• Commitment to customer service with maintained customer focus and customer involvement
• Development of design concepts and cost estimates for large and complex projects
• Apply project management and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects while assisting with the development of project management capacity in the Company
• Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs, potential regulatory issues or risk management impact
