Description:
100% remote - open to any time zone
Validation and Vendor outreach (60% of the role)
-Able to research vendor information in multiple platforms to determine appropriate contact for validation
-Conduct vendor outreach for vendor data validation
-Provide accurate, compliant and timely updates for validation outreach effort
-Manage outreach email box and respond/resolve issues in a timely manner
-Coordinate with outreach team globally to ensure validations are performed in a timely manner
Vendor Master Research (40% of role)
-Support Vendor Master escalation requests for master data maintenance related to blocking/unblocking vendor records and maintain overall master data integrity.
-Develop weekly activity reports
-Perform master data quality review/resolution weekly
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with vendor master policies and procedures
-Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the vendor master process
Requirements:
-2+ years in customer service or vendor master management
-MS Office proficiency
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent customer service and communications skills
-Strong written and communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently as a part of a team
-Motivated and responsive to changing priorities and deadlines
-SAP experience preferred

1. Highly organized
2. Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
3. Motivated self-starter
4. SAP or customer service experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. phone/email outreach to confirm identified changes to master data
2. manage validation email box and coordinate regional validation activities
3. provide general support for vendor master data activities

2. no customer service/customer interaction experience
3. limited to no experience with working with master data
