We are an entrepreneurial Immigration and Family law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced associate immigration attorney to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.
We want to be known for helping our clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need an associate immigration attorney
who can hit the ground running.
This position will be responsible for important work, including:

• Immigration litigation
• Trial and interview prep
• Packet and document review
• Case strategy creation
• Motion practice and other legal drafting
• Witness preparation
• Legal research
• Overseeing paralegal work

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need an associate attorney with experience in immigration. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
This is a part or full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work either remotely or in the office for 20-40 hours per week. During the first 30 days of employment, the pay will be $60.00/hr, with opportunities for an increase after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Requirements
At least 3-7 years of immigration law experience.
Spanish language knowledge a plus.
