Associate Director Of Admissions

The Associate Director of Admissions manages the Admissions Department of the College and reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Admissions (ADA) is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the recruitment policies and strategies for all the degree programs offered by the College. The ADA creates outcomes-based strategies to reach targeted leads. Other duties include training the admissions staff, planning open house activities, contacting leads, collaborating with the marketing staff about effectively marketing the programs, and contributing to the overall development of the College.

Qualifications

• At least three years experience as an admission's staff and two years as a manager of the Admissions Department of a college or university.
• Minimum of a bachelors degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and enrollment software
