Base Salary Range: $136,600.00 - $170,800.00

Target Total Cash Range: $218,560.00 - $273,280.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

Job Purpose

Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%. This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation. The POD Maintenance Lead has the crucial role of implementing and measuring the Maintenance processes and governance dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS). As a company we believe that following the KHMS discipline will allow us to achieve the ambitious targets- the POD Leads will be the guardian of this discipline across their respective factories. The role will have a dual reporting into the Business Unit (to enable execution) and the ZTE (to enable process and governance).

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Align the factories to the companies targets and prioritize the high impact improvements.
  • Monitor the prescribed Key Performance Indicators (Unplanned Losses- Preventive Maintenance Compliance- Maintenance Repair & Operations Spend- Gross Savings- etc.) and timely introduce plans/programs to non-performing KPI’s.
  • Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; participate in establishing an effective technical and leadership development plan for the maintenance/utility’s organization.
  • Implement- coach- monitor- and measure the KHMS implementation with a time bound target to make the factories high performing- self-sustaining- Autonomous Teams.
  • Own the Maintenance CAPEx 5 Year plan for the respective POD.
  • Own and implement the Maintenance strategy for the POD. Ensure the strategy’s implementation- adherence- and measurement within KHMS guidelines.
  • Deploy and participate in Maintenance and Utilities people and skill map and ensure development of the team to align with business needs.
  • Partner with the business to ensure clear Maintenance actions and deliverables.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations- stores- manufacturing facilities- etc.; offices are open workspaces Additionally- this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 40%.
