Associate Customer Onboarding Specialist

The Customer Acquisitions Team works with CSC’s new clients, our sales teams, and others to ensure a smooth transition for new clients of CSC’s Registered Agent, Business License, and Annual Reports services. The Associate Customer Onboarding Specialist is focused on/responsible for onboardings for multiple services, including, but not limited to; change of agent, annual report, business license, and global subsidiary management services. In addition, receiving requests from internal customers to help their customers with change of agent requests. You will also be responsible for retrieving information from cases in Salesforce for review and reaching out for missing or conflicting information. Working with sales, customers, and other teams within the company to successfully and seamlessly transition into CSC as a new customer or additional units to their existing portfolio.
Some of the thing you'll be doing:
- Review Salesforce Case(s)
- Run Business Objects Report for Annual Report audit
- Communicate project status to customer, sales, account management and other onboarding teams
- Interacting with customers via phone and email
- Ability to do regular customer outreach out outstanding items
- Participate within the team in workgroups and process improvement
- Understand onboarding workflow
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or electronically
- Act as a project Coordinator/case owner within salesforce
