Job Overview
The Assoc Analyst, IT Quality Assurance contributes to system verification testing activities in a fast-paced agile environment. The Assoc Analyst is tasked with executing established test cases, creating new test cases and modifying existing ones as needed to establish a concrete and repeatable test plan. This role helps ensure that the quality of the delivered products are aligned with the Quality Assurance methodology.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the Design, Development and Execution of test cases and test suites focusing on efficiency and maintainability while ensuring the highest in quality standards.
  • Performs exploratory testing beyond defined test methods with a focus on efficiency and risk-mitigation.
  • Executes initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Quality purposes utilized by the cross-functional teams. Participates in working sessions and regularly collaborates with cross-functional resources.
  • Assists in the creation of strategic core test plans encompassing functional, regression and smoke tests with meaningful test steps and expected results based on Product defined functional requirements and User Stories.
  • Reviews and reconciles project deliverables aligned with strategic IT-Quality standards.
  • Presents test results to a variety of audiences, large or small, internal or external.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience (Preferred)
Work Experience:
  • Less than 2 years Experience with a formal SDLC ()
  • Less than 2 years Experience in Business Process Design and Implementation, Software Development and Software Design ()
  • Less than 2 years Experience in wireless telecommunications industry preferred. ()
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Microsoft Office (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. Colorado Pay Range : $30.02 - $40.61

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
