Compensation: Competitive salary and incentive compensation at a fast-growing start-up backed by notable real estate and property technology investors.

Summary: Constellation Homes is seeking an Associate to accelerate our mission to leverage next-generation technology to elevate Fundamental Housing, which we define as multifamily communities with 50 units or fewer. We are providing high-quality housing in this overlooked but essential segment that represents approximately half of the US multifamily housing stock. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build property and asset management functions including property operations, leasing, repairs and maintenance, capital improvements, financial reporting, value-add strategies, and exit options to ensure the maximum value of the portfolio.
  • Support the acquisition process from sourcing to closing, including financial analysis, research, due diligence, and deal execution.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal presentation materials and other investor-related reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with technology and data science teams to optimize sourcing, acquisition, and property and asset management processes.
  • Develop relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source and evaluate potential acquisitions.

Desired attributes:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including Excel proficiency.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in multifamily or single-family rental property management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate fundamentals, market analysis, and deal structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • Willing to be based in Atlanta.
  • Relevant work experience in real estate or finance - brokerage, property management, operations, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort developing new relationships.
