Title: Assistant Superintendent

Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent to create an environment where staff is involved and enthusiastic, with open communications and respect for themselves, members, guests and the property.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: high school/GED

Experience: 3 years golf course maintenance experience

Licensure & Certifications:

Job Duties:
  • 50% - Assist with the care and maintenance of Arlington Grounds - ()
  • 25% - Assist Recruits, supervises and retains maintenance staff. - ()
  • 15% - Makes recommendation to maintenance expenses - ()
