/Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of the construction process

Help enforce the project schedule and budget

Keep constant communication with project staff and owners

Coordinate with the project management to help create subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders while effectively communicating project needs, issues, and expectations.

Monitor and track costs and project schedules.

Perform project inspections

Ensure project is completed per the project documents.
