Assistant Site Supervisor Schedule:


Direct Care: Wednesday- Friday 2:00 pm - 9:30pm; Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00pm.


Admin: 2-6 hours per week


Compensation: $19.50 per hour


(35 hours per week)


You will need to be accessible by phone Sunday 8:00 am - Wednesday 10:00 pm


You will need to be able to cover all/any shifts from Sunday 8:00 am - Wednesday 10:00 pm as needed.


In this roll you will be responsible for:


  • Cooking and housework
  • Ensuring house safety
  • Transportation/supervision at community events
  • Maintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies and regulations
  • Providing quality health & financial services
  • Scheduling and accompanying to medical appointments
  • Administering medications
  • Coaching and mentoring staff
  • Scheduling and planning meals and activities
  • Supporting individuals with daily needs and personal cares.


This is a full-time position, eligible for PTO, 50%-70% premium for Medical and Dental Insurance and 401(k).
