Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at Woodland Ridge Apartments in Spring Lake, Michigan. We offer competitive pay up to $18.50 an hour plus incredible commission potential through renewals (up to $100/renewal/shared) and rentals ($75.00 per rental)!
We have a 401k matching component, $30/month Blue Cross for yourself and we give yearly raises up to 5%!
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Ensures appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Handles and assists with lease renewals
• Responsible for reporting market survey reports
• Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Previous multifamily housing leasing experience required
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
• Yardi experience is preferred
• Willing to complete online class training
• Previous student housing experience is preferred
• Have good verbal and written communication

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Dayshift hours.
