Assistant Principal For Student Engagement

The Maple Run Unified School District is seeking a proven leader as an Assistant Principal of Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans, VT, effective July 1, 2023. The Assistant Principal for Student Engagement at Bellows Free Academy (BFA) will serve as instructional leader and will engage students, families, staff, and community members to provide rich and innovative learning experiences for students. BFA is led by one principal, two assistant principals, a dean of students, collaborative program leaders, and a dedicated and skilled teaching and support staff. Bellows Free Academy is a high school serving approximately 900 students in Franklin County, Vermont. Member schools of the Maple Run District send high school students to BFA from St. Albans City, St. Albans Town, Fairfield, and we also accept students from neighboring towns. At Bellows Free Academy, we aim to set an example as leaders in academic excellence. Our mission is to ensure every student receives a quality education by providing them with access to a safe, modern, engaging, and innovative learning environment. We shape our students through a rigorous curriculum, an array of extracurricular activities, a robust athletics program, community involvement, and nearly a century of tradition. Our graduates are prepared to become respectful, ethical and engaged representatives of our local and global communities.
