Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the marketing team to deliver compelling in-person marketing programs that drive sales
• Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies to achieve defined business objectives, leverage global brand positioning, and solidify the company's superiority through our customers.
• Train and educate the sales team on how to deploy to participate in customer presentations.
• Work closely with Market Managers and Sales to develop a Go To Market Strategy for existing and new customer service initiatives to drive sales.
• Responsible for marketing budget management and monitoring, as well as initiative execution and metrics
• Create and align all customer communication, presentations, and collateral.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and carry out action plans
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
• Must have a win-win attitude as well as high-energy leadership abilities.
