- Assist the Marketing Manager with the execution of key projects and new initiatives.
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams in the Molton Brown US local and UK global offices, as well as agencies (i.e. Public Relations) and third party retailers (i.e. Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue etc.) to support and execute campaign activations, marketing calendars and trade plans/promotional strategies.
- Work closely with the Molton Brown retail stores and sales associates, the Wholesale Sales Force and accounts, the Hotel team and public relations agency.
- Track key competitors, noting product launches, strategies, pricing and distribution
- Update promotional activity chart and marketing calendars for Wholesale Accounts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Marketing and Digital Marketing plans.
- Partner with Marketing Manager to create and present Sell in Presentation to Wholesale Accounts twice a year.
- Support the planning of the US Campaign Calendar following Global strategy, issuing creative briefs for copy and assets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to multi-task numerous projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive, results-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized.
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative). Proficiency in reporting and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills must have excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Comfortable in presenting to, and speaking with, Wholesale Buyers and to Editors.
- Attention to detail and deadlines necessary
- Creative thinker with strong written and oral communication skills.
- 1 year +experience in Cosmetic industry and / or retail sales experience a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. Team player.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) competence is essential.
