Assistant Manager - Lake St. James

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Community Manager in the following:

• Managing the resident aged receivable accounts
• Orientation, training, and scheduling
• Implementing company policies and procedures
• Design and implementation of resident retention programs
• Posting rent to the Entrata software system
• Interviewing, screening, and hiring processes
• Submitting all administrative forms, files, and reports in a timely manner
• Efficient and courteous response to all resident requests

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Successful leasing techniques and sales methods.
• Professional dress and etiquette.
• Ability to resolve conflict and find solutions.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
• Proven abilities in customer support and problem resolution.
• Experience working with Entrata software.
