Pay: Rate is dependent on experience, Hourly with incentives and bonus eligible.

With your patience, guidance, and passion for helping others, you’ll help to lead the operations of the grooming business—from head to tail! You’ll build relationships with clients, champion exceptional customer service, assist in leading our team, and drive results to grow the business.

Managing Groomer Schedule:

·You will need to book appointments efficiently. You will need to continually adjust the schedule due to cancelations or groomer call outs. You will be expected to keep the schedule as efficient as possible.

·You will need to be able to effectively communicate with clients and groomers via the phone, text message, email, and in person.

·You are expected to have frequent daily communication with each groomer. This will ensure groomers stay on schedule and any avoid issues that you can help resolve.

·If a groomer is falling behind schedule you will need to help them catch up and coordinate with the rest of their schedule.

Managing Van Fleet Schedule:

·You will need to track all van maintenance. Ensuring that regular services are being completed.

·You will need to ensure that preventative maintenance is being completed.

·You will need to ensure that the vans being used for mobile grooming are being properly registered, and oversee any upkeep or repairs required to the vehicles.

·You will need to check the van weekly to ensure, cleanliness, damage, and that it is being used properly.

·You will need to schedule and manage summer and winter tire transfers.

·You will need to track all damage and schedule repairs.

·You will need to track the daily van checklists performed by the groomer, to ensure the vans are in good working order.

Managing Customers:

·You will be expected to track and analyze client booking frequency. Understand the trends of revenue and keep the schedules full.

·We currently have marketing partners that focus on google and social media paid ads. We will need you to manage posts on social media platforms.

·Optimize and follow up with leads from: social media, local efforts, thumbtack, yelp and other sources.

·Your role will be focused on local area marketing. You will be expected to build a promotion calendar with local events and parades. Find local opportunities to build the business.

Other Duties:

·Assisting the General Manager with other tasks.

·Stocking the office with cleaning supplies, inventory of replacement parts, drinks and snacks.

·Keeping the office clean and tidy.

·Cleaning vans and helping with van transfers, as needed.

·Ensuring the new hire paperwork is completed and safely stored.

·Assist in new hire onboarding; including obtaining drivers license, adding them to insurance. Ensuring they have a drivers pin for fuel and any other tasks necessary for their first appointment.

·Calculating commissions and entering payroll amounts.

·Assist with transactions as needed.

·Other tasks assigned.
