Job Title: Assistant Event Day Phone Check-in Manager

Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal


Pay: $20/HR


Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are looking for an Assistant Event Day Phone Check-in Manager to join our team and will be responsible for managing the phone check-in process for all gameday events and ensuring that our clients have a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Continuously evaluate and improve the check-in process based on client feedback
  • Provide solutions to clients for issues that arise
  • Assist in the phone check-in process for all Gameday events
  • Respond to all client inquiries regarding their event
  • Manage a team of check-in agents to ensure that they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
  • Work closely with the event management teams to ensure that all necessary information is communicated to clients and vendors


Shift:


  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift


Date range:


  • Required work dates of September 2, September 16, September 23, October 14, October 28, November 18


Work setting:


  • In-person

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in event management or customer service
