CULTA is currently looking for our next Assistant Dispensary Manager to join our dedicated Dispensary team in Baltimore, MD! As an Assistant Dispensary Manager you will be responsible for maintaining an inventory capable of meeting patient and customer demand. The Assistant Dispensary Manager will ensure our product inventory includes a wide variety of cannabinoid profiles. A diverse inventory with varying cannabinoid profiles offers patients and customers a choice of products that provide different therapeutic and palliative effects. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Dispensary facility in accordance with state laws and regulations and standards set by CULTA LLC. Provides support for all agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for the ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing Dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient relations. Serves as a role-model and resource for Dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations. Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts. Responsible for delegating tasks to Dispensary Agents in order to maintain a compliant and clean Dispensary facility. Ensure staff has proper resources allocated at their disposal including but not limited to supplies, infrastructure & facilities requests etc. or any other operational needs. Coordinates with the Dispensary Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated to the Dispensary staff. Ensure all agents are properly trained. Assist the Manager with day-to-day financial oversight of the Dispensary. Designate in writing any agents who have oversight of the inventory control system. Provides superior customer service for vendors and patients. Responds to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts. Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries. Ensure labels and packages contain the required information and are compliant. QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a business-related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of experience with retail and/or cannabis and/or service industry. Highly analytical and strong attention to detail. Must be able to work onsite. Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass background check Highly analytical and strong attention to detail. Highly organized, high energy productive person with a passion for driving revenue. Self-Motivated, Self-Starter Must be able to work onsite Resourceful, organized, and attention to detail Savvy with technology, maximizing software features Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills, and a high level of maturity. Collaborates effectively both up- and downstream to foster collective workplace synergies.
