Job Summary


The Assistant Account Manager will assist Account Manager as a liaison between Sheridan and its customers to ensure the overall production of magazines/journals is completed in a timely and efficient manner.


Basic Qualifications


  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.


Desired Skills


  • Prior customer service background preferred but not required.
  • Associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – 40 hours/week


  • Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
  • Eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks!
